Belcher Orion Realty was established in May 2000. Although the company itself is young, Joyce Belcher, the Broker has been in sales since 1981. She started her career selling life insurance but left that to explore the world of real estate 1989. Joyce worked under a Commercial Real Estate Broker for 10 years before opening Belcher Orion Realty.
